Yes, we have a current GSA Schedule.

How else can a government buyer access your services?

We are also a WOSB and a SBA 8(a) firm eligible to receive contracts.

How often are you going to communicate?

We communicate with our clients on a weekly or bi-weekly basis and we send out educational materials so that our clients are kept abreast of trends and best practices.

Do you take a proactive approach in delivering your services?

Our team members also function as advisors to our customers and we will make recommendations on how to address problems in their infancy, or process gaps, before they become much larger and more difficult to address.

What is your process?

We conduct a formal kickoff meeting with key stakeholders to introduce the delivery team and to ensure alignment with the timeline, deliverables and overall project approach. We will then commence working on the project and provide weekly status updates.

What if a problem arises?

We have formal escalation procedures and our project managers are able to directly contact firm leadership to provide an immediate response to our clients.

Can you help us plan for the future?

We provide training opportunities for our staff and we participate in organizations such as ISACA and we have relationships with industry research and benchmarking firms. As a result, we have access to a wealth of information on cybersecurity and technology trends and emerging compliance requirements.

How do you charge?

We charge based on the terms of the negotiated contract. Pricing may be based on Time & Materials, Firm Fixed Price, etc. We provide status reports and our invoices provide the requested level of details.

What is the typical turnaround time for your projects?

The turnaround time varies, depending on the nature and complexity of the project. For example, an assessment project may range from 6-12 weeks; a strategy project may range from 4 - 12 months depending on the size of the organization. We also perform on one-year and multi-year contracts that include multiple task orders.
